Steve Coughran, Coltivar

Steve Coughran is the Founder and Director of Strategy at Coltivar Group, a keynote speaker for national associations and universities, and author of Delivering Value. In his position at Coltivar Group, Steve helps companies undergo strategic and financial transformations to become more innovative, clientcentric, and agile.

At the University of Denver, Steve teaches a course entitled "Strategic Financial Leadership" which combines his research and real-world consulting experience to prepare and transform emerging leaders of the future. He has taught at hundreds of events across the country and his insights on strategic and financial issues have been published across a variety of media outlets.

Steve is a CPA and earned his M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University where he studied corporate strategy abroad in China, India, Chile, and Germany. In addition, he advanced his studies with a M.S. in Accountancy and B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
