Viewpoint HR Management
Our expert-led virtual classroom training is designed to get you up and running and taking full advantage of your Viewpoint Field Service licenses quickly. Our classroom training utilizes a train-the-trainer format and there are two courses. Individual courses vary in length but typically run 1-4 hours and cover the following:

Course 1 (Included with Pro & Standard) - Personal Info, Earnings, Paystub Tools, Document Library, and Training modules.
- Course 2 (Included with Pro & Standard) - Time Off, Expenses, and Report Viewing modules.
- Course 3 (Included with Pro) - Employee Onboarding, Applicant Tracking, Performance Reviews, and a demo of the Benefits module.
- Course 4 (Included with Pro) - Personal Timecard Entry.
All of this is included for a one-time fee of $4350* for Pro or $2350* for Standard and best part, up to three of your users can attend the Vista HR Management classroom training. Along with the two-course classroom training, you also receive:

A dedicated Professional Services Project Manager who will work with you from getting you started in the class to following up after you finish.
- The opportunity to work one-on-one with a Trimble Viewpoint Consultant for 5-hours with Pro or 3-hours with Standard to answer any lingering questions.
Vista Field Service

Course 1 - Settings and Basics.
- Course 2 - Work Order Dashboard, SM Dashboard, and Work Order review.

A dedicated Professional Services Project Manager who will work with you from getting you started in the class to following up after you finish.
- The opportunity to work one-on-one with a Trimble Viewpoint Consultant for 1-hour to answer any lingering questions.
All of this is included for a one-time fee of $1850* and best part, up to three of your users can attend the Vista Field Service classroom training.

*Please note, an Initial Setup course may be required prior to attending the courses outlined above. There are several Vista modules that must be setup and in use prior to attending training. We’ll get in touch and send a survey for you to complete to confirm your Vista readiness after you’ve filled out the form to the right. Standard Timecards must be setup in the Employee Portal prior to attending training.
Viewpoint Field Management
Our expert-led virtual classroom training is designed to get you up and running and taking full advantage of your Viewpoint Field Management licenses quickly. Our classroom training utilizes a train-the-trainer format and there are two options; Pro and Standard. Pro includes training on all Viewpoint Field Management modules, while Standard focuses on time capturing. Pro includes five courses, while Standard includes two courses. Individual courses vary in length but typically run 1-4 hours and cover the following:

Course 1 (Included with Pro & Standard) - Crew Timecards 1.
- Course 2 (Included with Pro & Standard) - Crew Timecards 2 and Field Management Mobile.
- Course 3 (Included with Pro) - Field Tickets, Progress Entry, and Equipment modules.
- Course 4 (Included with Pro) - Training, Checklists, and Daily Huddles modules.
- Course 5 (Included with Pro) - Purchase Orders module.
- A dedicated Professional Services Project Manager will work with you from getting you started in the class to following up after you finish.
- The opportunity to work one-on-one with a Trimble Viewpoint Consultant for 1-hour to answer any lingering questions.
All of this is included for a one-time fee of $3000* for Pro or $2100* for Standard and best part, up to three of your users can attend the Vista Field Management classroom training.

Our expert-led virtual classroom training is designed to get you up and running and taking full advantage of your Viewpoint Financial Controls licenses quickly. Our classroom training utilizes a train-the-trainer format and there are two courses. Individual courses vary in length but typically run 1-4 hours and cover the following:
- Course 1 - AP Invoice, Check Review, Open Billing Review, Billing Compiler, and Job Billing modules.
- Course 2 - Purchase Orders module.
Along with the two-course classroom training, you also receive:
- A dedicated Professional Services Project Manager who will work with you from getting you started in the class to following up after you finish.
- The opportunity to work one-on-one with a Trimble Viewpoint Consultant for 1-hour to answer any lingering questions.
All of this is included for a one-time fee of $1850* and best part, up to three of your users can attend the Vista Financial Controls classroom training.

- Enterprise Administrators - Adding/managing users and project setup.
- Project Managers - Submittal register & details, RFI register & details, Documents, Issues Register, Issues Details, Daily Logs, and Drawings.
Along with the two-course classroom training, you also receive:
A dedicated Professional Services Project Manager who will work with you from getting you started in the class to following up after you finish.
- The opportunity to work one-on-one with a Trimble Viewpoint Consultant for 2-hours to answer any lingering questions.
- All of this is included for a one-time fee of $2050* and best part, up to three of your users can attend the Vista Team classroom training.

- Analytics - User setup & security, help features, using standard reports, managing folder structure, building a custom report, and dashboards
Along with the one-course classroom training, you also receive:
- A dedicated Professional Services Project Manager who will work with you from getting you started in the class to following up after you finish.
- The opportunity to work one-on-one with a Trimble Viewpoint Consultant for 1-hour to answer any lingering questions.
All of this is included for a one-time fee of $1200* and best part, up to three of your users can attend the Vista Analytics classroom training.
