Kick-Start Training Program
Get New Employees the Training They Need!
Take advantage of the guided role-based learning plans available in Viewpoint Academy to get your new employees or colleagues quickly acquainted with the Trimble Viewpoint solutions your organization uses. This training is available to any user as part of your software subscription.
To get started, go to Viewpoint Academy, select the appropriate role, and pick a product to begin a learning plan at your own pace. Here’s how:
- Make sure an authorized user at your company has set you up with Viewpoint Customer Portal access. Learn how to add and edit users in the Portal here.
- Once you are set up with Viewpoint Customer Portal access, you will automatically have a Viewpoint Academy account – you just need to log in. If you forgot your password, or never set one up, click the “Forgot Password link” to get started.
- After you log in to Viewpoint Academy, go to the “Learning Plans” quick link on the homescreen (blue box) and click “Select Your Role”.
- On this page, select your role and your product of choice to start your learning plan!
Note: If you already have a Trimble ID, you can bypass steps 1 and 2 and simply click the “Trimble ID” button to log in.
Remember, Viewpoint Academy is one of our Customer Success Resources that all users have access to as part of their software subscription. Be sure to check out all four of our programs.
