Checking and Managing User Counts in HR Management, Field Management & Financial Controls
To check overall named user counts please go to Admin > Portal Settings

Expense Users are a part of the Viewpoint HR Management bundle and counts as active named users against this module. Click here to adjust Expense Users
Checking and Managing Data Storage Usage
Please note that you will need to work with your local IT resource to confirm your storage levels. We recommend that you relocate any unnecessary files to a locally hosted file share. Below are three locations where data can be stored:
- “H” Drive
- Session Hosts (e.g. My Documents, Pictures, Downloads, C:\, etc.)
- Vista Attachments Database
