It’s not too early to plan for year-end now. Spectrum requires that you upgrade to the latest version to be prepared for year-end reporting.

You will need to be on version 2021 R3 (released later this year) for year-end. The hardware and software requirements are the same as the requirements for last year, so if you are already on version 2020 R3 or later, you should be okay to update to the 2021 R3 service pack.
