Single Version of Help for ProContractor

With the 4.3.0 release of ProContractor, the Information Experience team shifted to a single version of Help for ProContractor on Viewpoint Help.

• This change has many benefits, all centered around ensuring that you have access to the most up-to-date information on ProContractor and Viewpoint Estimating.
• This change enables you to see the latest content for ProContractor and be aware of new features available in the latest version of the software.
• This includes one place to find all year-end information, information on cloud deployment options, etc.
• There will be one, canonical content source for both products online, enabling search engines to display only the latest information.
• This also gives you insight into the latest version of ProContractor software.

ProContractor Cloud Upgrade & Timeline for On-Premise Support

Over half of all ProContractor customers have digitized their business and are on ProContractor cloud.

More and more contractors are connecting people, projects and processes, to get the right information, at the right time, for the right decisions. This is only possible with ProContractor cloud.

Timeline for Support of On-Premise Customers to move faster and deliver more to our customers, development, and investment will be redirected from ProContractor on-premises to ProContractor cloud. ProContractor on-premises customers will receive regulatory releases and remain supported through December 31, 2026*. Those customers with a perpetual license to ProContractor on-premises can continue to use the product unsupported beyond that date.

*Upgrades, enhancements, service packs, bug fixes, and security updates, as well as product support, will cease.
