Vista 2023 R1 Release is Here!

We are excited to bring you the product enhancements you’ve been requesting. Vista 2023 R1 is available now for general release! 

• Electronic Job Billing of Invoices: You now have the option to identify recipients to email job bills out of the Job Bill module. This enhancement streamlines the electronic sending process and was highly requested! And, you also have the ability to send job bills in bulk, saving even more time!
• Subcontract Review and Approval: There is a new review and approval workflow for subcontracts in the Project Management module, similar to how purchase orders are handled. Plus, there is now more control over notifications, including when reviews/approvals are needed (for both subcontracts and purchase orders). These improvements come from customer suggestions!

ProjectSight is the ultimate in connected construction technology, a project management solution that allows designers, builders, contractors, and project managers to access and manage project information and assets and have that data sync with their back-office ERP without the need for duplicate data entry. 

This is the first course in a series designed for new users, rather than managers and administrators, and will show you the fundamentals of working effectively with the application. You will learn what ProjectSight does and the assets it manages, as well as how to gain access to ProjectSight by responding to an invitation or signing in to your Trimble account. You will see the Portfolios and Projects pages, and take a guided tour of the ProjectSight Dashboard, exploring the basic features and functions of the application.
