The Information Experience team here at Viewpoint recently launched Viewpoint Help in order to consolidate online help systems for multiple products into a single resource. The new online help platform delivers step-by-step procedures and references information to assist customers in using a product, like Viewpoint Team, from initial setup and day-to-day tasks to system administration and mobile integration. In Viewpoint Team you can access online help from a 'Help Menu' located on the toolbar. And, in the ViewpointOne platform, you can get help from the Resource Center.

Help Your Collaborators Get Going with Team
 
 

We want to make it easy to onboard your subcontractors and other collaborators to Team. To help, we've created a free eLearning course specifically for your collaborators. This course is available via the web 24/7 and does not require a login. Feel free to include the course link in your project communications! Your collaborators will learn what Team is and why you're asking them to use it. They'll learn what to do when they receive their invitation to Team, and they'll learn the features and functionality that are available to them in Team. Be sure to take advantage of this great resource!
