Both the National Cyber Security Alliance and the Department of Homeland Security joined forces to establish October as Cybersecurity Awareness Month back in 2004 in an effort to raise awareness about the significance of cybersecurity.

Spectrum Release Training 2022 R2
This course covers program enhancements and additions to Spectrum included in the second update release of 2022. Upon completion of this training, Spectrum users will have a solid understanding of the new features available to themselves and their organizations!

The most notable enhancements are:

• Several quality-of-life and security enhancements added to Info-Link

Spectrum HR Management - Migrating Employees to Trimble Construction One
Spectrum HR Management has expanded its capabilities to allow your employees to see and update their personal information (address, phone, banking info, etc.) in the Trimble Construction One Portal. To enable them to do this, you'll need to create limited security Spectrum Operator records for your employees and then migrate those operators to TC1 and Trimble ID. The purpose of this eLearning course is to help Spectrum Admins successfully complete the required steps to create TC1 accounts for your workforce and grant them the appropriate access to their information.

Trimble ID for Viewpoint Academy!
Logging into Viewpoint Academy is about to become simpler and more secure. We’re excited to introduce you to Trimble ID, a new integration that will help your user experience. We’re introducing everyone to Trimble ID now because it’ll soon be used to access all of your applications and websites.

What is Trimble ID? (also known as TID)

• A Trimble ID account is part of an authentication system that helps secure your data and confirms your identity
• A Trimble ID account will eventually grant access to all of Trimble’s applications and websites, including Trimble Viewpoint
• The addition of Trimble ID allows you to set yourself up for training in the Academy
