We were thrilled to welcome thousands of you to the 2023 Vista User Summit, the second year running! This year's sessions provided more product tips and best practices, exciting new release information, customer-led sessions, and much more—all specific to Vista, your workflows, and your job.
During the Summit sessions, we shared top Vista enhancements from the past year and chatted about connecting product management & Vista! Product experts also covered how Vista can be used to drive greater pre-construction workflow accuracy, how to do more with your service business, and so much more.
A big thank you goes out to all that joined us over the two-day event! And, whether you were able to attend or not, all the sessions are available on-demand. If you did not register for the Vista Summit but would like to view the sessions, first register here.

In the latest release of Automatic Invoicing, we addressed a highly asked-about enhancement and you're going to love it!
Trimble Construction One continues to get better with Automatic Invoicing and this enhancement is no exception. Artificial intelligence matches the vendor name from the PDF invoice to a vendor name from the vendor list in Vista. The vendor name does not need to be exact for Automatic Invoicing to detect it. Now, Automatic Invoicing also checks the address on the invoice against the primary vendor address in Vista, to auto-populate the vendor field more accurately. This means, even when there are multiple vendors with similar names (or even the same name), Automatic Invoicing can provide accurate results.
If the vendor is not in Vista or if the vendor is not accurately detected, you will still be able to search for a vendor. Or, if it's a new vendor, you can create the new vendor in Vista, and then select it within Automatic Invoicing. When a new vendor is added or changed in Vista, it will appear in Automatic Invoicing.
