New in the Customer Portal – Subscribe to Knowledge Articles & Issues
 
Have you ever wished you were notified when a knowledge article or issue was updated? With the new subscription feature in the Viewpoint Customer Portal, you can now receive those updates through email.

Through this new feature, you can subscribe to articles and see your subscriptions in the “My Notifications” area of the Viewpoint Customer Portal. In addition getting notifications when an article is updated, this is an easy way to save and access your favorite articles.

When you subscribe to an issue, you no longer have to open a support case unless you need help with a workaround. Our development team now looks at both subscribers and cases when reviewing the impact of an issue.
