Speakers 

Thom Schoenborn is Senior Product Marketing Manager at Trimble Viewpoint, overseeing messaging for the HR, Field, and Analytics products. He brings 25 years experience to technology marketing, the last 13 of which have been in training, compliance and analytics. Thom lives in Portland, Oregon, with his wife and daughter. 

Jennifer Strand, has 30 years of construction industry experience including roles as a  VP of Client Services for a Surety Bond Agency, as the Chief Financial officer for a Home Builder and Remodeling Firm, and as an implementation specialist. Currently, she is a Manager of Sales Engineers at Trimble Viewpoint. She is based out of Minneapolis, MN. 

With a 25-year tenure at Hilti, Mike Dragen has been actively engaging with customers throughout North America since 1998. In 2016, he joined Hilti's ON!Track team, where he provided leadership and guidance during the product's launch. Currently, Mike serves as Hilti's ON!Track Unite Business Developer, overseeing operations throughout North America. In this role, he spearheads product strategy and partnership development, playing a crucial role in collaborating with partners like Trimble and building Hilti's ON!Track Unite integrations and platform. He is based in Raleigh, NC. 

Kiran Penaka is the Sr. Business Development Manager, and brings over a decade of experience in building and bringing effective products and solutions to market. He crafts ICT’s joint venture strategy which combines the best of Trimble’s, Hilti’s and customer’s needs to execute on the product vision. Kiran has a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and is a recent MBA grad who is based out of Portland.
