Thank you to you and your peers for providing invaluable feedback regarding the Vista / Aatrix integration in 2021. We want you to know we are continuously listening and making improvements accordingly. Based on the survey results, our priority will be implementing the following changes to enhance your experience:

• Installation/Update/History Issues – Vista and Aatrix are working together to resolve issues interfering with the smooth installation, update and performance of our integration. Problems regarding the saving and recall of history files have been addressed and on-going development and testing are in place to ensure the best possible experience for year-end processing.
• Printing W-2s – Vista will implement standard Payroll reporting to print current and prior years’ W-2s. This is intended for use by PR/HR admins as opposed to employee self-serve W-2 printing, which is already available in the HR Portal (Vista Web). Both the standard Payroll W-2 and HR Portal reports will pull data from Vista's annual W-2 tables and print using the current year's format. This data will not reflect changes made directly in Aatrix unless the changes were also made in Vista. Year-end W-2 multi-copy printing (copies B, C 1, 2) will continue to be printed from Aatrix. You will be offered the choice of Aatrix's print and mail/email services, or if preferred, W-2s can be directed to one of your network printers for local printing at no charge.
• Exporting W-2 Files – Aatrix will continue as Vista's preferred eFiling solution, offering a low cost, high value option for many. However, Vista will provide a standard W-2 export file (EFW2 format) to support self-serve and eFiling for jurisdictions not covered by Aatrix. Similar to standard W-2 printing, these files will pull data from Vista’s annual W-2 tables. Vista users will be responsible for any required edits and direct eFiling with the appropriate agency.
